It is to be noted that once an account is made as referred to in the terms and conditions, the JUSTDATE group shall have access to your images, and videos, in case of login through Instagram and Facebook then the information available on those platforms. Also, after registration a user can easily change their details, however, it is mandatory to keep it up to date, and in case of a change of mobile number, it shall be immediately updated. Further, kindly note that on conducting any in-app purchase the user will provide you with their account details and which shall be saved to renew your subscriptions.

In case you choose to participate in any events or promotions then some additional information may be asked from you and that must be submitted for completion of registration. The data we gather is used to improve the app and confirm our users (robots are not permitted!). HOW DO WE PROTECT CHILDREN?

The app can only be used by people who are 18 years and above and no one under this age limit is allowed to utilize our services. Be that as it may, we do not ask for any identification mark or document from our users considering the nature of the service provided by us and therefore, if you come across any user whom you believe to be under-age it shall be reported to our team immediately.

HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION RETAINED?

The personal information shall be retained by us till you continue to utilize our services and even after deactivating the account, the information shall continue to be stored by our managers.

It is only when you delete your account will the information be deleted from our systems. However, it is to be noted that, deleting your account would not lead to the immediate removal of your information from the app and it may take a weeks’ time to completely remove the same.
